What is #ScreenB4Vaccine? And Why Is It Necessary For Keeping Every American Maximally Safe in The COVID-19 Pandemic?

#ScreenB4Vaccine is a safety algorithm EVERY American must have access to in order to protect themselves from an unnecessary or potentially harmful vaccination during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, it is NOT a standard of care in medical practice to assess either the extent of a person’s existing immunity or the presence of an active infection at the time a patient is being offered a vaccine.

In the case of the COVID-19 pandemic and SARS-CoV-2 infection, it is certainly the case that COVID-19 vaccines are being offered to people, worldwide, many of whom are either naturally immune or recently infected.

It is my opinion, as a physician and immunologist, that this indiscriminate vaccination process is either unnecessary or potentially dangerous — thus, indiscriminate COVID-19 vaccination has opened the door to totally avoidable harm in, at least, a minority subset of unsuspecting persons who are being vaccinated.

The premise upon which #ScreenB4Vaccine is based is that indiscriminate vaccination of persons who are either already immune because of a prior infection/vaccination OR are recently/actively infected is either unnecessary or is potentially dangerous to the vaccine candidate.

Therefore, #ScreenB4Vaccine is a totally novel and hitherto un-described clinical safety algorithm that is designed to eliminate and to mitigate against potential harm from unnecessary or untimely vaccinations.

#ScreenB4Vaccine is to vaccines, as is the seat belt to automobiles.

I would go as far as to state that the COVID-19 pandemic makes #ScreenB4Vaccine the frontier in personalize science in vaccine medicine.

But ask yourself, why are the American public health and medical establishments, and the vaccine industry, resisting this safety approach so much?
