I think the elderly and frail with prior infection will be far more susceptible to a vaccine triggered complication, because they will have a harder time tolerating the inflammatory sequelae. But, as the case of Dr. J. Barton Williams of Memphis, TN clearly indicates, some younger people will also be susceptible.
