It’s theoretically possible that the same issue would create a problem in a person who is vaccinated if, early after vaccination and before the vaccine immune response has taken off, the individual is infected with the virus.... but once vaccine immunity is established, it is highly unlikely that the target SARS-CoV-2 virus could establish illness in the previously immunized person.

So the answer to your question comes down to when after vaccination is the person infected.
