The trump family is now compromised by the SARS-CoV-2 virus — and with them America’s national security.

Mr. President,

I understand that you are now suffering from a symptomatic case of COVID-19 disease.

Given the apparent timing of your exposure and your high risk status, being over age 70 and obese, it is highly likely that your symptoms will worsen over the next week.

It is a verifiable fact that you now have an over 30% chance of becoming severely or critically ill and a 3–5% chance of dying from COVID-19 disease.

Please note that COVID-19 disease is a hyper-inflammatory disease — and that early intervention with immune dampening drugs can block progression of the disease to critical illness. This is why the steroid drug, dexamethasone, works in about 20–30% of people to arrest the disease process.

In the coming days, you will very likely develop Ground Glass Opacities (GGO) in your lungs, your blood vessels will begin to get inflamed and clots will begin to form in your arteries and veins. All of this will very likely make you terribly ill.

So, it is critical that you intervene quickly with adequate anti-inflammatory agents and blood thinners.

My respectful suggestion is that you immediately transfer your care to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.

Professor Carl June of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is the lead Investigator executing a clinical trial of cyclosporine for blockade of COVID-19 disease progression.

There, you can enroll in a clinical trial set up by Professor Carl June, which will involve treating your with a combination of Remdesivir, dexamethasone and cyclosporine. You may review the details of this trial of therapy HERE.

Additionally, Penn is known for having championed the use of a non-invasive respiratory device, known as the Helmet CPAP, under the guidance of Professor Maurizio Cereda.

You may read about Dr. Cereda’s work with the helmet CPAP , HERE.

Believe me when I tell you, you do NOT want to get intubated — and the Helmet CPAP device will very likely prevent this from happening to you.

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is conducting a stifled clinical trial to demonstrate the efficacy of the helmet CPAP device.

So, to summarize, before you get any more sick than you are with COVID-19 disease, do the following:

  1. Check yourself into the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia — your old Alma Mater.
  2. Ask to be enrolled in Professor Carl June’s trial of cyclosporine — along with Remdesivir and dexamethasone.
  3. At the first hint that your respiratory status is compromised, ask to be treated by Professor Maurizio Cereda and his critical care team, using the Helmet CPAP device.

Mr. President, you should know that irrespective of the many significant political differences that exist among America’s citizens, your health is America’s health and that all of us have a duty to protect you.

I write this public invitation to you, not knowing if you will receive it or read it —Of course, I hope someone in your circle reads and points it out to you. Perhaps Drs. Woodcock or Redfield will, as I have sent this letter to their attention via email.

But please understand that your body is now in the throes of mounting a significant inflammatory response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. If this inflammatory response is not immediately blunted and controlled adequately, given your age and obesity, you are highly likely to get severely ill — and you might die. The likelihood of the latter event, being close to 4–5%.

I write this public message to you as a friend to the United States and in the best interest of our nation and our children.

Sincerely,

Hooman Noorchashm MD, PhD.
