In America, we should opt for cogency and decency to one another, over coercion and disrespect for the other. Immunity, not “one-size-fit-all” vaccination, is our way out of the COVID-19 debacle. But why doesn’t the Biden administration see the nuance?

Why is it that the only US senator who is demanding cogency and decency in hearing the voices of the American people in the minority, those either harmed or already immune and coerced into getting unnecessary vaccinations, is being demonized by the media and governing establishment?

COVID-19 vaccine “Breakthrough infections” are happening. It is highly likely that up to 30% of COVID-19 vaccine doses being administered to Americans are not effective at inducinging a proper immune response to SARS-CoV-2. So, if you’re “fully vaccinated” check your COVID-19 blood antibody levels to make sure you’re “immune” too!

I write here, as a physician-immunologist, in direct protest to dangerous and irresponsible public behavior being exhibited by the Biden FDA and CDC in discouraging “fully vaccinated” Americans from ensuring that their COVID-19 shots have induced “full immunity” — in a setting where the agency leadership know that up to 30% of vaccine doses are likely not rendering vaccine recipients adequately immune. This is another colossal error being made by the Biden administration.

If only all American institutions would behave like an amazing little K-8 school in Pennsylvania is acting— we’d beat back this terrible pandemic, rationally without compromising our individualist values. AND we’d sow the seeds of reason and friendship in our vastly diverse and divided nation. America can be about reasonable people acting reasonably and in friendship.

Trust and ethical conduct by administrators and government rest at the core of civil compliance by a plural democracy like ours. A little K-8 school in Pennsylvania is suddenly setting an example of ethical and reasonable conduct for our entire nation to follow in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.

The FDA and CDC have been ignoring the reality that indiscriminate vaccination of recently or asymptomatically COVID-19 infected persons has caused totally avoidable harm to a non-negligible number of Americans. Now, CDC has announced a policy of blanket “booster shots” in a subset of vaccine compliant Americans. Using this inadequately calibrated, “one-size-fit-all” approach again, CDC is almost certain to magnify harm to a subset of Americans in whom booster vaccination may be unnecessary or dangerous.

Indiscriminate booster vaccination of “fully vaccinated” Americans, without first establishing “medical necessity” of re-vaccination, and ruling out a concurrent asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection is a dangerous and unethical clinical and public health practice.

The only way for vulnerable Americans to protect themselves from COVID-19 is to know the EXACT status of their immunity to the virus. But on May 19, 2021, the United States Food and Drug Administration placed a significant barrier to Americans and their physicians determining COVID-19 immunity status using the gold-standard antibody test.

The Biden FDA is causing a severe national health security threat by blocking Americans’ access to personal information on the status of their immunity to COVID-19. Without this information Americans are unable to make informed and rational decisions to protect themselves.

If you are COVID-recovered and already immune, and if you are being coerced or forced into getting the COVID-19 vaccine by your employer or educational institution, your congressional Representative and US Senator Ron Johnson need to hear from your immediately.

Senior US Senator Ron Johnson is advocating for the rights and safety of COVID-recovered Americans as it relates to irrational and potentially unsafe COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Senator Johnson announced that he is, himself, COVID-recovered and well immune and on that basis has elected to delay or forego vaccination.

Pennsbury is poised to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for all eligible persons in accordance with CDC guidelines. But, extending such a mandate to persons with already established immunity from a prior COVID-19 infection, is medically unnecessary and only risks harm and liability to all involved.

The Pennsbury School Board in Pennsylvania is poised to impose a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on members of the school district — But extending such a mandate to COVID-recovered and already immune members of the Pennsbury community is an unnecessary and potentially dangerous proposition from a medical and ethical perspective.

Zywicki is NOT so much about autonomy of consent to vaccination, as it is about baseless DISCRIMINATION against already immune but unvaccinated persons being treated as inferior to the “fully vaccinated”.

Professor Zywicki is now representing millions of COVID-recovered and already immune Americans, whose rights are being impinged upon by dangerous executive over-reach based on an incorrect assumption. His case against George Mason University must be heard and adjudicated by the SCOTUS as a demonstration that American government can still balance the greater good with individual and minority rights.

The Biden Administration’s FDA has made a dangerous error by closing the door to individual American citizens using COVID-19 antibody testing liberally to assess both vaccine necessity and efficacy.

Dr. Janet Woodcock permitted an incorrect and dangerous FDA guidance on May 19, 2021 discouraging use of COVID-19 antibody testing to assess either necessity or efficacy of COVID-19 vaccination. Why?

mRNA is very unstable. So it is highly likely that many spoiled and, thus, ineffective mRNA vaccine doses are being administered to Americans who then incorrectly assume they are “fully vaccinated” and, thus, immune.

At room temperature, mRNA spoils far more rapidly than milk. With millions of mRNA vaccine doses going into arms in many different settings and administered by many different people, it’s highly likely that a significant fraction of the doses going into people’s arms are suboptimal or spoiled and, therefore, ineffective.
